Summary
Dean is an unregistered omega.
His Dad was ashamed to have an omega son, and he'd made sure no one knew that Dean existed. He kept Dean on drugs to suppress his nature and isolated him from most of the world. When Sam turned eighteen, he took Dean and they ran.
