Work Text:
Frankie leaned over the pool table, closing one eye to focus on the eight-ball they were going for.
They felt a bit lonely, playing pool with two people they weren't particularly close with while their supposed best friends were off without them, but they'd come to understand long ago that, sometimes, they just didn't click as well with those two.
They'd always been wired differently. Hell, even now, as they played alongside Ghoulia and Lagoona, they couldn't help but feel like they didn't quite belong.
Still, playing was fun, and neither got mad at them when they just kept winning.
