Mizi does not know why Sua’s younger cousin hates her.
Her and Sua have been dating for 1 month,and honestly,it’s amazing!
They’ve met at a café. Sua accidentally spilled her drink on Mizi and they immediately connected.
Since now,she only met her parents and siblings,and they loved her!
However,things got a dark turn when she got invited to a family dinner,with all her family members.

“Please Till,tell me you’re coming too”
At the meeting with Sua’s parents,she found out her band mate and best friend was dating her brother. So she was desperate for support.
“Mizi,I can’t be there-“
“WHY NOT?”
“I have stuff to do,but you’re a sunshine you should be good”
That didn’t make her feel good at all. And she didn’t even want to make her universe upset by not coming. She had no other choice than to sit on her bed and wonder why the world hates her.
Wednesday,July 12th. Her death day.
“Should I burn myself alive?”
Maybe not…she was too young to die. She’s only 21.

On the day of the dinner,she overslept.
She had to wash herself,choose an outfit for the dinner,get Sua a gift,practice conversation,trying not to be late like she always is.
She was going crazy,but she managed to do it.
She tied her hair in a bun,put some low-rise jeans,boots,and a tight black shirt that revealed a little bit of her tummy.It’s not like she’s going to a wedding.
Flowers in one hand,keys in the other and she was ready to go!

She’s in front of the house,shitting her pants,not being able to ring the doorbell because of how scared she was. Eventually she did it.
Sua greeted her by giving her a kiss on the cheek and taking the flowers. That made her feel things,but it isn’t important.
While she was greeting the family members,a kid stared at her. Green hair in a low ponytail,big green eyes, and an unreadable expression.
The kid,no older than 10,held out her hand,like Mizi was supposed to give her something.
“Hi kiddo!”
The kid remained still like that. Then she spoke up:
“Did you not bring me candies?”
“Huh??”
At this point she was confused,did she forget something Sua mentioned? Is she making a bad impression?
The kid looked disappointed. Giving her a death stare. And to be fair, Mizi got a little scared ,the little girl had big doe eyes,imagine getting stared right into the soul by someone with big ass eyes!
“I’m watching you,pinkie”
Was she getting threatened by a ten year old. Seriously?
The rest of the dinner went fine: She had conversations,made jokes,helped with the food and other things. The family loved her.
While she was washing the dishes with Sua’s mother,Miss Nigeh, Ivan called her.
“Can you watch Durian for a little bit? I gotta take a call”
“Well…sure”
For the sake of being liked.
Her and the kid,whose name was Durian apparently, were left alone. Durian started looking at her again.
“You know…Till brings me candies when he comes over”
“Really?” She said,with a fake surprised face. “He’s kind isn’t he?” No the fuck he isn’t. She thought after saying that. The kid was pissing her a little,but she’s a grown woman,she’s not gonna start a fight with a 10 year old.
“I prefer him over you”
That…made her angry. This kid was a demon,a brat.
Ivan you little homewrecker,you could’ve chosen anyone,yet you chose me.
She thought. Before wanting to speak to Durian again,but nothing came to her mind,only curses and insults.
She started calming down a bit,this was probably a one time thing,the kid will forget about it the next day.
Boy was she wrong .

Sua told her to come over.
“Mi can you come over? Also do you mind if Durian is here?”
Another text.
“Ivan was supposed to babysit her,but he’s at Till’s place. My sister is just away”
That obviously wasn’t a problem. Since Durian probably forgot,and she wanted to see her beautiful girlfriend. She said exactly that.
The anxiety in front of Sua’s door didn’t exist anymore,instead she felt always excited. Something felt off.
She rang the doorbell.
Durian opened the fucking door.
“Oh”
The kid looked disappointed.
“Well hi little one!” She said through a forced smile. “Oh come on turn that frown upside down!” She tried. Durian just got more disappointed.

They were chilling in Sua’s room,watching a movie and cuddling. Until she had to go to the bathroom. So once again,she was with that demon alone.
Thing is,she didn’t have proof of Durian hating her! Cause she acted completely different in front of others!
“Your hair is pretty”
“I-oh thanks…”
She heard the kid opening a drawer and then the sound of scissors.
“What if I cut them?”
“HEY! STAY BACK!” She yelled. Sua ran to the room immediately,didn’t even finish putting her pants on.
“What’s going on?”
“SUA! She’s crazy! She wants to cut my fucking hair!”
Sua sighed.
“Put the scissors back”
Durian didn’t hesitate putting them back. Mizi just felt more hated. But the hate wasn’t one-sided anyway.
But she was asking herself:
Why did Durian hate her even before the candy incident?
One of the biggest things she thought that day.
And when she came home,she tried finding her answer,but nothing came to her mind.

She was practicing with her band for their upcoming concert. She was the bassist,Hyuna the singer,Till the guitarist and Dewey the drummer.
“Let’s get drunk & party! Whoo”
Silence. Hyuna finished the song and now was drinking water,however she spat it on the ground of Till’s garage when she heard what Mizi said:
“I have beef with a 10 year old”
Dewey’s drumsticks fell to the ground.
“Excuse me,WHAT” Hyuna said after spitting the water.
“Well…the kid hates me! With no reason,she even said that Till was better and kinder than me!” She said,pointing a finger at Till.
“Till and kind in the same sentence…?” Dewey questioned.
“Listen I’m not THAT mean”
They just stared at him.
“Same guy that played Clash Royale instead of doing aftercare by the way”
“Hyuna,that was one time! Ivan did not care anyway!” Till debated,giving Hyuna a middle finger.
Mizi was holding her laugh,her face becoming red. Dewey on the other hand was laughing his ass off.
Mizi stopped holding her laugh and spoke up.
“No seriously…what should I do?”
“It’s a kid,Mizi,leave them alone” Dewey said.

The concert went amazing,she could see Sua in the crowd,looking at her with a lovingly gaze. Then she spotted her. The demon.
“Sorry love…I had to bring her she insisted”
“Awh don’t worry”
Durian was holding Sua’s hand,looking away from Mizi’s direction. Then she looked at Sua,who just gave an approving nod.
“I’m sorry…Mizi…”
Oh? Well this was new.
“Don’t worry kiddo”
And since then,Durian never bothered nor hated her again.
