Squad D was one of the rare squad’s in Daydream that felt like family.
Even though their squad leader was cold, emotionally unavailable, physically strong — some gossips say that was because he’s a descendants of an non existent cold duke of the north and that his face was unrivaled in Daydream.
Who would wonder that squad leader D‘s team was the squad who went out for drinks after a long day like a normal company?
Was it because the top rookie was there speed-running darknesses like he’s trying to get a new high score?
Was it because of supervisor Park Minseong’s friendliness that can bring the team together?
Was it because of Asisstant Manager Eun Haje’s practical and sharpness that helps the team to always move forward?
Or was it because Squad leader Lee Jaheon’s brute force that protects the team?
No one really cared enough to investigate and deaths in darknesses aren’t that rare, so why get close with each other, care for each other just to see them die in front of your eyes while all you could do was hope you’re not next?
“Do you drink Roe?” Asisstant manager Eun Haje asked their rookie.
“Of course he drinks, he’s not a kid!” Supervisor Park Minseong answered for said rookie confidently.
“Umm actually, I don’t drink.”
“What!! Really!!??”
“Yes, supervisor.”
“Come on, Roe it’s fine we’re here to relax after all.”
“No, really I’m fine, I’m just not a fan of drinking wine”
“Pfft- Roe, what we’re gonna be drinking is alcohol, not wine. Wine is for the fancy people.”
“It’s exactly as Assistant manager said Roe! It’ll be fine!”
“Oh really, then I guess it’s fine then”
While the others were talking, Lee Jaheon was ordering for them, he was going to pay today.
He thought he should give them a fancy meal for all their hard work.
Supervisor Park Minseong was full eating his 11th meat, Asisstant Manager Eun Haje was half-drunk drinking her 13th shot, Squad Leader Lee Jaheon was still the same after 15 shots and 15 meats and was currently staring at Kim Soleum.
Kim Soleum was eating his 4th meat when Supervisor Park Minseong offered him a shot.
‘This tastes... not bad’
And so, driven by the taste of delicacy, he is currently on his 29th shot
“ Roe Deer”
Kim Soleum was too drunk too hear his Squad Leader as he took yet another shot.
Lee Jaheon had no other choice to put his hand on the other's shoulder's to get their attention.
"Roe Deer"
“Yesssss Squad Leadeerrr”
“It seems you are drunk”
“Whattt, no wayyy”
“You just had your 30th shot of wine"
“Yessss and I want mor-WAIT WINE?”
Kim soleum turned towards Lee Jaheon and stared. The lizard stared back and stated:
“Yes. Wine”
Kim soleum threw up.
A lot.
Kim Soleum.
An entity from another world.
A person many would say a kind-hearted guy.
A person who is secretly a psychopath according to one person.
A person who works hard according to his team.
A person who thinks all the time.
A person who misses home.

“But-But I just drank wine!”

“I’m actually a grape. Wines are made from grape and I just drank 30 shots-so that means I’m a cannibal!!”
“Uh huh yeah, yup you’re drunk”
“YOU DRANK 30 SHOTS!!??“
“Explain what you mean by you are a grape”
“I've turned into a cannibal!!!!”
“Maybe we should let him sober up first”
