Summary
the first thing Lance McClain did upon arriving at college was make friends with all the wrong types of people. his k-12 catholic school didn't fully prepare for life's hardships and temptations as much and his parents thought it would. when his new "friends" get him drunk at a frat party and abandon him, who will make sure he stays safe? he's failing almost all of classes by the end of first semester, loosing weight and keeping busy being unemployed. he doesn't have anyone... except a particular familiar dark-haired looking boy who just got a job at his parents stables and looks really good riding a horse
