Cleo had sat down after a long day of working. Footsteps creaking down the stairs. Her eyebrow raised at the noise. Three heads peaked over the railing. A brunette with a scar covering his nose, a much darker hair fellow clothed in moss and a man with white hair that had a mask covering his face.
Cleo had recognized them very well. Confusion formed on their face as suddenly she was attacked! With kisses…? A kiss on the cheek from Scar, then two quick peaks on the lips from Etho and Bdubs. “What in the world?” Cleo mumbled before they quickly ran away. Cleo just shrugged it off.
It’s not like she hated it anyways. It felt nice to receive affection from two of her partners and Scar, who somehow saw her as a motherly figure. It was just very strange. She tried to get it off their mind, yet it kept creeping into the back of her mind.
An hour quickly went by before they heard a knock on the door. A thought creeped into her head, warning her playfully to not open it. But Cleo didn’t listen. Not to their brain this time anyways. It was probably harmless.
They quickly got up to open the door. Not prepared for what would happen next as she saw a Mumbo, Grian and a Lizzie. The cat and the bird giggling to themselves quietly. Cleo raised an eyebrow before they once again got attacked with kisses.
This time, Mumbo gave them a quick peak on the lips. Alongside Grian and Lizzie who gave her a kiss on the cheek. Confusion once again formed on her face. They rushed off, Lizzie and Grian giggling to themselves.
Why was everyone kissing her all of a sudden? Truly strange behavior but she once again brushed it off. Maybe everyone was playing a prank on them. Waiting to see how long it would last till they cracked and asking everyone to do it.
Another knock came onto the door. Pearl and Gem were the next ones to share kisses. Both had done it onto her lips. Just leaving them more confused as the two giggled at her expression. They still had no idea what was happening. No reason had been given for the kisses that they had been given.
She stood there, staring at the door. Waiting for another group of kisses. Not knowing how many more would be next. Scott was the next one to come over. He gave them a quick kiss on the cheek before actually staying and chatting.
He gave no explanation as to why this was happening. Not a word uttered about the conspiracy to give Cleo all the kisses that they had deserved for a while. Just chatting about ordinary life over some drinks. It confused them even more. So she just didn’t speak of it. Waiting for someone else to bring up the mysterious cause for all the kisses.
He left soon after their weekly chats had ended. Confusion still present in Cleo’s brian. Soon another knock on their door. It was nearly the time for the sun to set, who would come at such an hour. Ren. That was the answer.
Dramatic speeches of how he was once a king filled the living room as she offered him a drink. He gave her a sweet kiss on their hand. Before seeming like he remembered something. In a blink, he gave a dramatic peak on their lips. Then he was gone.
Cleo was even more confused now. Why had they been given two kisses by Ren? Was one natural and the other part of the prank she was convinced was going on? They sat down on the couch contemplating it all when Martyn burst through the door and gave her a speedy kiss before chasing after Ren.
What was happening?! They felt like they were going insane with all the kisses that happened. One after another. Another knock on the door. She didn’t want to open it. Yet it opened anyways.
Two kisses came onto her mouth once more from Skizz and Joe. Small smiles before they seen her confused state.
“We all just wanted to show our love.” Skizz sat down and comforted the poor, confused zombie. “Nothing else was behind this besides love.” He added as Joe sat down beside them as well.
More people filled the room as reassurances were given. All they wanted was to show the zombie that they were cared for. That they were loved. It warmed Cleo’s undead heart. They looked around as they were surrounded by people that cared for her.
All of them had teamed up to show a small sign of affection to show that they cared. Her heart beat furiously. As they all surrounded her once more. All decided to once again show them their love. They wanted to attack them with kisses once more.
Etho and Bdubs went first with sweet yet sneaky kisses on the lips. Scar and Grian kissed both of their cheeks at the same time before giggling to themselves. Lizzie and Scott went next with a kiss on their cheeks before sipping on a drink. Cleo’s cheeks were full with a dark green as they got kissed repeatedly. Embarrassed but happy.
More kisses were coming their way. She watched as the others got ready for more kisses to attack Cleo’s face. Much to Cleo’s “despair” , well their joy is more like it.
Mumbo, Joe and Skizz were the next to give her kisses. Soft and sweet yet also crazy kisses to the lips. Pearl and Gem were next to give them kisses with passion and sweetness. Blush that grew even brighter than before.
Ren tried to say that he had already given two kisses to his dear Cleo yet the others encouraged him to give them another kiss, to which he happily obliged. A drama with softness falling onto their lips. Happiness filled Cleo’s heart as she got one kiss after another. Marytn was the last one to give his amazing Cleo a kiss. Another dramatic yet passionate kiss falling to their lips.
They all laughed at Cleo’s blush, just to cuddle her. They were truely loved by all they could ever want to love them.
