Chapter 1: We need to go

“Shit shit shit” Mike Wheeler said as he was confronted by a Hellhound while at the Party’s weekly game night.
“WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!” Dustin screamed out
“Everybody stay back” Mike ordered as he pulled out his sword and made quick work of the big dog.
“What was that?” Will said as everyone looked at Mike in a state of shock.
“That would be my cue to bring you all with me for this summer” Was the only response they got as Mike left to go home and make some calls
~~Time Skip~~
“Oh Fleecy please do me a solid and show me Chiron at Camp Half-Blood” Mike says as he makes a rainbow in his bathroom
“Ah, Richard my boy. What can I do for you?” Chiron asks of the boy
“My friends saw me kill a hellhound and you know our agreement we made with the big guys right? I need to bring them to camp.” Mike responds
“Very well. I shall prepare for your arrival within the next two days” Is the response Mike receives
“Thank you Chiron” Mike says as he slices through the mist
He runs out of the bathroom and out the house making his way towards his bike to get back to the Byers' house. He quickly bikes over and runs in the door finding everyone still standing around looking very confused.
“Everyone pack your bags, we are leaving in two hours for my summer camp where I can explain everything to you. We will be gone all summer, but you will have opportunities to restock on hygiene products there. Meet at my house in two hours and be prepared for a long drive.” Mike instructed “Move people lets go” he added when no one started to move.
~~Time Skip~~
Everyone showed up to the Wheeler home to find a large 14 passenger van waiting for them in the driveway. They made their way to the front door and knocked. Mike emerged and beckoned them toward the van.
“Everyone throw your bags in the back and climb on in we are in for thirteen hours of driving not accounting for stops. Now who is allowed to drive wants to take the first leg. I will be taking the last leg and we should switch drivers every four hours.” Mike says matter of factly.
“I can take it seeing as I’m the only other one who has made the drive” Nancy says as she climbs into the front seat.
The group hits the road and stops after two hours at a gas station for snacks, gas, and to use the bathroom. As they are driving, people keep asking Mike what they are doing, but he just turns toward his window and refuses to answer.
Getting fed up with this Max confronts him outside the gas station, “Ok Wheeler, spill what is going on.”
“Max, don't push this. This is worse than anything you could have ever imagined and it has to do with my past as well.”
“What is so bad in your past that you don’t want us to find out?” Max pushes
“I’ll tell the group in the car, but please don’t push it more.” Is the response
“Ok I promise but you need to come clean” she tells the boy
~~Time Skip~~
“Ok Mike we are all back in the car now tell me what you said you would tell us” Max says as they hit the road
“Ok well for starters Mike Wheeler isn’t my name” he starts
“What the fuck do you mean it isn’t your name” the girl replies
“My real name is Richie Tozier and I am from Derry, Maine. Nancy and Holly are my cousins and I was taken in by my Aunt and Uncle when my biological mom was arrested for child neglect. I wanted to stay with my step-dad Wentworth, but the law didn’t let me and I was forced by Ted to cut contact with anyone from home. He also forced me to become Mike Wheeler. I wear glasses and ugly Hawaiian shirts and have the worst trashmouth you could ever imagine. I also had a group of friends, the Losers Club. Together we killed a supernatural killer clown and got the town bully that has hit me with his car locked up in a mental health hospital for life. This is just the beginning and more will be explained when we get to camp, but this is who I am.”
“Wait back up, you were hit with a car?” Robin questions
“Screw that you killed a supernatural killer clown?!?!” Steve exclaims ever the worried soccer mom.
“Yeah Henry Bowers hit me with his car when I was 10 and I sprained my knee because of it meaning I couldn’t ride my bike for two months.” Mike replies
“What about the clown thing?” Will pipes up
“Oh yeah, it was supposed to be chill. School was out, I had my bike, my friends, and a lot of stupid jokes, but then kids started disappearing. Georgie Denbrough, my buddy Bill’s little brother, was the first. After that, things just got really weird. I thought my friends were making up the things they saw, until I saw it too. We found out where It lived and we followed Bill there. We should never have gone into that house on Neibolt. The first thing I saw was a missing poster with my name and face on it. I will never get that image out of my head, it fucked me up, and then seeing Will’s missing poster a few months later just messed me up even more. Just Bill, Eddie, and I went into the house and at some point Eddie got separated from us and fell through the floor into the kitchen breaking his arm as the clown watched and waited for us to find him. At another point Bill and I got separated and I was in a locked room full of clown items and a puppet of me covered in maggots and the clown popped out and scared me shitless because I am terrified of clowns. Bill was able to bust into the room and save me and we ran and ran through some doors that appeared one of which had the torso of my classmate who was gotten by the clown and found Eddie. I snapped his arm into place and the others stormed in and we ran out of the house. Eddie’s mom found us and took Eddie away, she hated all of us from the beginning and called Bev a slut and me a disgusting f*g that would contaminate her poor baby boy. We all got in a big fight and split up. I spent most of my time at the arcade and became friends with a boy named Conner who was the cousin of Bowers, and one day I asked him if he wanted to play another round of street fighter and he got upset and called me a little fairy and his cousin called me a f*g and I ran to the park and cried until I was attacked by the giant Paul Bunyan statue, but it was an illusion made by the clown. Later that day we all went to Neibolt again because the clown kidnapped Bev, and long story short we killed the clown. We think. We need to wait 27 years to know for sure though. And then a few weeks later CPS showed up my mom got arrested and I was sent to Hawkins and forced to change my name and cut contact with all my friends and family.” Mike recaps
“Holy shit” is the only response as Nancy pulls into a gas station to switch drivers
“Yeah so you see why I don’t talk about my past” Mike says
The rest of the drive passes in relative quiet with most of them nodding off a little while later.
Mike takes over and drives them the rest of the way as the rest of them sleep. When they get there they have all started to wake up seeing as it is around six AM. He instructs them to grab their things and get out of the car and start climbing the hill. When they get to the top he says, “I Richard Tozier son of Hermes grant access to Steve Harrington, Robin Buckley, Dustin Henderson, Erica Sinclair, Lucas Sinclair, Maxine Mayfield, Eleven Hopper, Will Byers, Jonathan Byers, and Nancy Wheeler” and has them all cross over the hill into camp.
A man in a wheelchair comes over and says, “Welcome to camp” which is met with a groan and a bunch of kids in matching t-shirts popping out to sing a song together (AN I think it would be funny if they all had to burst out into the song Camp Half-Blood from the musical when Chiron says welcome to camp)
Chapter 2: On the Road Again

It's been four years since they killed It and Eddie is finally ready to show his friends his other life. They were planning to go on a road trip all summer and he decided he was going to bring them to camp. He had called Chiron and it had been approved for him to bring them with, he was just nervous about if they would think differently of him. He was also nervous about what Richie would think because he hasn’t seen the other Losers since he had to move in with his aunt and uncle and change his name. Eddie shook those thoughts out of his head and climbed into the driver's seat, seeing as how he volunteered to drive first.
They left very late at night so that none of their parents could stop them. They all left a note in their homes and hit the road. They all fell asleep fairly quickly and only awoke eight hours later when they got to camp.
“Where are we Eddie?” Stan asked looking around and seeing only a big tree on a hill and a sign to pick your own strawberries
“This is what I wanted to show you. This is my summer camp, and where I want you all to stay with me for the summer free of charge. If you spend a few days and want to leave you can, but I will be staying all summer seeing as the last time I skipped a summer we had to fight the clown. I will understand if this new information makes you want to stop being friends with me-”
“Eddie, slow down. We can spend a few days here with you and we can hit the road if we get bored. Nothing will stop you from being our friend though.” Bev says calming the panicked boy
“Ok, well lets get up to the tree and we can get to camp.”
Everyone grabbed their bags and started the climb up to the top. When they got to the top Eddie stopped them and said, “I Edward Kaspbrak son of Ares grant access to Beverly Marsh, William Denbrough, Michael Hanlon, Benjamin Hanscom, and Stanley Uris.”
They all entered into camp only to catch the tail end of a song and to see a familiar mop of dark hair.
“Punch me i-i-if I’m wrong b-b-but that looks like R-R-Richie” Bill says stunned seeing his old friend who had disappeared from their lives just a mere month after the whole thing with the clown.
“Hey dickwad, get over here!” Eddie yelled in Richie’s direction.
Upon hearing his boyfriend’s yell Richie came running over with his group trailing behind him to see what was going on. Upon reaching Eddie, Richie pulled him into a tight embrace and kissed him on the forehead.
“Long time no see Eddie Spaghetti. I hope your mom hasn’t found a new man yet in my absence.” Richie says
“Fuck off Loser. Also I brought some guests this summer. They were planning a cross-country road trip to find you this summer since we can all drive now.” is all the Eddie says
Richie looks beyond Eddie for the first time and sees the shell-shocked Losers Club looking at him with their mouths wide open. “What’s wrong you all look like you’ve seen a ghost?” Richie says to the assembled group
Beverly is the first to snap out of it and walks up to him and punches him on the arm before pulling him in for a massive hug. “We missed you asshole. Where did you disappear to and why have you only been in contact with Eddie and who are those people behind you?” Bev questions the boy
“1. CPS arrested my mom for mild child neglect and I wasn’t allowed to live with my stepdad so they put me in Indiana with my aunt and uncle. 2. My uncle is an asshole and made me change my name to Mike Wheeler and cut contact with everyone from Derry. The only reason I have been able to keep in contact with Eds is because of camp and if word got back to Ted I had contacted you guys it would not have ended well for me. And 3. These are my friends from Hawkins. The redhead is Max, the guy holding her hand is Lucas, the girl with dark hair is his sister Erica. The guy with the really cool hair is Steve, the girl next to him is Robin. Dustin is on the other side of Steve and Will is next to him. El is on the other side of Max. The other guy is Will’s brother Johnathon who is dating my cousin Nancy who is the other girl.”
“Ok that is great and all Mike, but who are these people?” Nancy questioned the boy
“Well my lovely cousin, this would be my Eddie Spaghetti.The only girl would be Beverly. The tall judgemental one who looks like he enjoys birdwatching would be Stanley the Manley. The one built like a Greek statue would be Micycle. You’ve got Big Bill standing beside him. And the one looking lovestruck at Bev would be Benny Boy. Losers meet the party.” He finished introducing his two friend groups
The Losers just looked unimpressed at Richie having been used to this behavior from the boy. The party however, were in total shock having never seen him act this way before.
“Who are you and what have you done with Mike?” Dustin asked the boy
“Yeah maybe we would have been closer friends if I knew you could be funny Wheeler” Max stated
“Well Mike Wheeler is a jerk and is very much not funny, Richie Tozier on the other hand has the worst trash mouth ever and is a comedian” was the response from said boy
“Yeah keep telling yourself that your funny Richard” Stan said rolling his eyes at his antics
“Stanley the Manley I can’t believe you would do me like this, even after I gave you a standing ovation at your Bar Mitzvah, which I had to get special approval from my dear old dad to attend.” Richie said clutching his heart like he was in pain
“What do you mean you had to get special approval from your dad? Wentworth didn’t really care where you went” Beverly asked
“Ahh, well ol’ Wentworth isn’t my biological father. That would be the god Hermes. And I had to get special approval because it involved entering a place of worship of another religion, which can go very bad if we don’t get express permission to do so.” was his explanation to the group
“Yeah if Sonia had allowed me to attend I would have had to get permission from my dad too” Eddie said
“Wait, why would you have to?” Dustin asked, “Also who is Sonia?”
“Sonia would be my biological mother-”
“And she loves me so much we just-”
“Don’t continue that sentence Richard.” Eddie said, “she is a very bad person and somehow my father, the god Ares, decided to get her pregnant and so I would have had to get permission from him to attend.”
“W-w-wait you’re dad is A-a-ares?” Bill asks
“Yeah-” Eddie starts to answer
“Yes, that's why he is like a little angry chihuahua. And I love it so so much” Richie cuts him off
“Well, congrats asshole. You just outed yourself to the Losers and to your Indiana group.” Eddie retorts
“Yeah well, I’m sure the Losers had it figured out that I was gay, I mean come on did you see how I acted back then? But yeah guys I am gay, I’m sorry El, but I was struggling with figuring out the difference between romantic and platonic love, and Ted said that I had to prove I was straight or he might send me to conversion therapy. But yeah I am gay and you guys know Conner I told you about in the van? Well I did have a crush on him and what he said really broke me because he had been flirting with me for weeks, but his cousin shows up and all of a sudden he is yelling at me and insulting me and bullying me out of the arcade.” Richie says very nonchalant
“Well let’s get you guys to the cabins so that you can unpack and then we can go and get breakfast” Eddie says
“Well everyone follow me towards the cabins” Richie says as he leads the group past the Big House, “Well, Losers you will be staying in cabin five with Eddie, and everyone else will join me over in cabin eleven. Yes I see the irony there, I did not choose my cabin, it is the cabin for my father’s children and the unclaimed.”
