   Summary

   The game events not only ended with Astarion as a spawn free from a sadistic master he never wanted, but also in a relationship with D'ylân, a tiefling bard, a pleasure dom who would never do anything with Astarion that he didn't want.

   It took a while until Astarion rebuilt the relationship with his own body, but as he did, things he used to hate suddenly piqued his curiosity, and proved to be surprisingly enjoyable if done with someone he loved and trusted and who worshipped and spoiled him.

   This time, Astarion suggested what he thought was a rather simple experiment: He asked D'ylân to gag him during sex.

   But somehow, it turned out more complicated than expected when they had to interrupt what started so well. Thankfully, it was nothing that love and words of reassurance couldn't solve.
