File 1 - Magoroku Shido and his “Buddy” Gallows:

Designation: “Outcast Candidate #01”
Origin World: Buddyfight Universe

Background: Shido was a person of interest in this program due to his latent potential, he comes from a world where monsters and other worlds are real and interdimensional contact is common each with a variety of advanced magic and technology, each world is at different stages of development and the centrepiece is earth.
Monsters are intrinsically connected to a card game known as “Buddyfight” where card games are seen as a great way to end conflicts.

He comes from a wealthy family but is regarded merely as a lackey to greater villains — a role he both resents and unconsciously fulfills.
Despite his plethora of experience against the best fighters of his world, he is unable to grow, while his “Buddy” changes fighting styles every few months, completely changing his playstyle.
This has given a strange demeanour; a duality between delusion of grandeur and crippling self-doubt.

Appearance: A 15-year-old Japanese Boy, with short tan hair and dark blue eyes. His outfit is military-issued uniform with red shoulder pads and pockets. Along with yellow strips. He wears white gloves and big black boots and a dark red star on his collar.

Personality: A simple person despite his expensive tastes, a coward at heart, weak to the strong and strong to the weak.
Yet he is an opportunist and is able to create said opportunities on the fly, but the aforementioned baseless confidence clouds his judgement.

His loyalty is almost pathological; even when beaten down, literally scorched by lightning, he endures humiliation with the same dogged devotion to his “allies,”

Moment of Interest: His talent was seen when he fought the “Monster” Gratos, a demon   who orchestrated the revival of a planet devouring beast, he used his fear as motivation rather than it normally overwhelming him, coupled with his enemy underestimating him due to his reputation, he managed to sweep a victory, when many other characters lost to his underlings.

Buddy: HIs buddy Gallows is a peculiar being a large serpentine skeleton with massive silver talons arming his left hand, a tattered red flowing scarf adorns his neck and thick heavy black horns spread out on either side of his head. Unlike his upper jaw, Gallows lower jaw is split into ant like tooth lined mandibles on either side of his face. 

He mocks and has little respect for his buddy, and is often sarcastic with him, especially when he fails or is humiliated, yet he is shrewd, not saving Shido on a multitude of occasions knowing he would survive.
The mere fact that he is attached to the boy is one of many strange things, albeit I would love to test their bond at a later date.

Notes: No revisions needed at this time; he will be taken after Gao leaves to the USA.

File 2 - “Spinner”

Designation: “Outcast Candidate #02”
Origin World: “My Hero Academia” - A world where observers watch a series of events through the eyes of “Deku” or Izuku Midoriya, his real name.

Real Name: Shuichi Iguchi

Background: A hermit who was most likely ostracised due to his status as a “Heteromorph” an individual with an animal-like quirk that gives them an appearance similar to anthropomorphic creatures, a gecko in this case.

His world is one where superheroes are as common as the air we breathe, and it has become an everyday job supported by the government, many use their status as a hero for their own personal gain, and did not help against this new form of discrimination like the majority of society,
As such he dislikes heroes.

Appearance: Spinner is a young man with bright green scales for skin and a face shaped like that of a lizard. His hair is relatively long and swept backward and is a pinkish purple, almost magenta in colour.

Powers: He can seemingly climb any flat surface as long as his hands are touching it.

Reason of Interest: Despite his lacklustre abilities, he was able to easily climb the ranks and become one of few people that fundamentally changed society, albeit with lots of crime and terrorism, in the League of Villains/Paranormal Liberation Front.
If he was given proper training and a different ability...

Notes: He will be taken prior to his infatuation with Stain; we need him to grow without prejudice.
As well as his, a power will be given befitting of his name.

File 3 – Morgana
Designation: “Outcast Candidate #03”
Origin World: “Persona”

Background: A “cat” created by Igor, the host of the Velvet Room — the embodiment of hope, in the most sarcastic sense imaginable. Morgana is a Persona Wielder, capable of summoning his manifested psyche to perform both physical and magical attacks.
The subject’s existence, while invaluable, has proven... troublesome.

Appearance: Where do I begin? Not even [REDACTED] was this annoying to describe.
A sphere for a head, with predominantly white fur, except on his limbs and tail, a bulbous and pear-shaped body with stubs for legs.
A black mask covers a majority of his face.

But this appearance is only when he is in Mememtos.
In the real world, he appears as a household black cat with a white-tipped tail and blue eyes.

Personality: A prideful one, with a chivalrous heart, yet he is very straightforward; he is talented and intelligent as well which at times adds to his ego, due to this he shows autonomous faith in his own ideals. This has gotten better over time, though he’s still a helpless romantic at times.
He does treat his friends and allies as equals though, as he knows how it feels to be underestimated and useless.

Reason of Interest: He’s grown so much as a person despite his file being a pain to write, I wonder if he can help others grow too...

Notes: To be taken after the events of Maruki’s Palace.

File 4 – Silver the Hedgehog
Designation: “Outcast Candidate #04”
Origin World: Mobius; 200 years in the future.

Background: A hedgehog with powerful psychokinesis and the ability to time travel; his goal is to preserve peace in the future by resolving the disasters of the past, resulting in frequent interactions with Sonic, and other influential figures of his time.

Appearance: Silver’s fur is pure white, with long, upward-flaring spines and additional white fur forming a mane around his chest and neck. He wears gold cuffs on both gloves and boots, each inscribed with faint cyan circuitry-like lines that glow when he channels energy.

Powers:
Silver’s psychokinetic aptitude is immense. He can manipulate the environment on a massive scale — assembling clusters of debris into meteoric projectiles exceeding twenty times his own weight. His powers include:
• Telekinesis and Matter Manipulation: Precise control extending to cellular-level adjustment in his Super Form.
• Flight and Levitation: Through consistent mental propulsion.
• Energy Constructs: Creation of repulsive barriers, gravitational waves, and plasma-based projectiles.
• Telepathic Extensions: Limited mind-to-mind communication and induced vertigo.
• Spatial Control: Teleportation, environmental reconfiguration, and localized time compression.
• Chaos Energy Manipulation: Utilization of the Chaos Force for enhanced strength and speed.
[Analyst’s Note: This list is... extensive.]

Personality: One who wears everything on their sleeve, including his heart.
He is a tender-hearted individual with a passion for his duty as a keeper of peace.
He is the definition of optimistic and hope, trying to find the best solution no matter the situation.

Silver is transparent in every emotion he expresses — a heart worn permanently on his sleeve. Tender-hearted and idealistic, he devotes himself to maintaining peace, embodying optimism even when logic fails.
However, his youth breeds a naïve earnestness, often rendering him blunt or unbearingly irritating. Much like Sonic, he prioritizes the welfare of others before his own but easily resorts to violence. His moral compass is strong, sometimes to the point of self-sabotage.

Reason of Interest: He should be one of the most open compared to the others, I hope he can loosen the stiff demeanour of other selected subjects, he should be able to develop himself rather than lift others by spending time with more selfish individuals.
[That includes his taste in chilli dogs]

Notes: For the record — his chili dog recipe is substandard. It functions better as a slaw dog.
Extraction scheduled post-Metal Virus Event of his timeline.
It is an extraction as he will be hard to contain.
Antoine is not the traitor.
