Julius wants to be wanted

Julius knew that unconditional love was a myth not meant for him, but that didn't make reminders of this fact hurt any less.
Especially when it came from people who said they did love him unconditionally.
It was selfish, he knew, but he just wanted to feel wanted and cared for, warts and all.
