    “Bad break-up, huh?” He raised an eyebrow, smile widening. “Ms-I-don't-want-a boyfriend.”

    Eden’s teeth dragged against her bottom lip, hopeless to stop her eyes from wandering to his mouth.

    “....something like that—” She muttered.

    “You know the best way to get over someone?” He whispered, putting his cigarette out. The smoke whirled into the air before it died, and Eden’s eyes shifted quickly from the fading embers and into the deep pools of his blue gaze.

    “No” She shook her head shyly, intrigue tugging at her every vein.

    Bucky leaned closer, his lips parting slowly as his eyes wandered to her mouth.
