   Summary

   Haoran, a fervently devout hunter for the Church, finds himself in a prickly situation when the wolfish blood he did not know to possess awakens for a near-death experience.

   Things get more complicated as he finds himself having to rely on the Duke, a vicious and ancient vampire the Church has failed to bring to justice for generations, to keep his slipping sanity intact, and is forced to recontextualise everything he was raised to believe.
