¨No, no, no.¨ Sighs Craig.
What could I possibly dress up as to make this announcement?
Craig thinks for a long moment. And then!
¨I got it!¨ exclaims the Dean.
Craig runs out of the office while yelling: ¨Nicole! I am going to do important business! Only call me if Jeff comes by! Thank you!¨
Nicole looks up for only a moment. Giving Craig a look of no interest in the business he is referring to.
Craig runs over the parking lot and almost gets hit by Leonard driving recklessly over the parking spaces.
He gets in his car and drives off.
A few moments after all that he arrives at his favourite costume store. He steps out of his car and walks into the store like it's his own personal run way. He walks ¨straight¨ towards the fake facial hair. Then towards the suits and lastly takes some cool new sunglasses.
As he walks to the check out he spots a bald cap. And contemplates if he needs one. Even though he is already bald.
He puts all his items down. The cashier looks at the items and back at Craig.
¨Back already?¨ She smiles.
¨Yes, I have this great idea and I… ¨
He gets a little uneasy because he just realised he's buying a bald cap.
¨So you're wearing this?¨ says the cashier as she scans the cap.
¨Yeah, well those ones are just for some friends. I need the rest for myself.¨ explains the dean.
The cashier just nods.
¨That will be 52 dollars and 89 cents.¨
¨Well ok than.¨ says Craig.
He swipes his card and takes the bag with his new costume in it. He quickly walks towards the door.
¨See you next time!¨ says the cashier as Craig speedwalks out of the door and gets in his car.
The cars in front of Craig slow down. And then eventually stand still completely.
¨Great. How will I get to the study group in time now?¨
The dean leans his head against his steering wheel making the horn go off.
¨OH!¨ he yells out in the process, almost jumping out of his car seat.
After a long time of being in traffic Craig arrives at Greendale.
He runs towards his office. Almost running into the door. He opens it and dramatically shuts it again. He quickly puts on the costume he just bought and throws the door back open.
¨Nicole! I am ready!¨ he exclaims. Craig stands in the doorway with his hands on his hips in a very glamorous manner. He speedwalks to the library with his head up high. Around the corner he thinks. He turns left and throws the doors wide open.
¨Well hello there! If it isn't my favo-¨
The dean cuts himself off. The study area is empty. No bags, not even a baggle. Craig´s happy expression turns sour at the sight of this.
He looks at the ground, and whispers to himself: ¨Why do I even try? They're not even here. Well there goes my 52 dollars and 89 cents. All for nothing.¨
He starts to cry a little. Not noticing Abed and Troy walking into the room.
¨Is he oke?¨ asks Troy.
¨I don´t know.¨ says Abed as he puts up the chairs and takes out the troy-and-abed-in-the-morning mugs.
The dean turns around wiping his tears away like nothing's happened.
¨Hey guys, didn't expect you here.¨
¨Nice outfit.¨ says Abed.
¨Thanks Abed.¨
A small smile makes itself known on Craig´s face.
¨Is this like a Lex Luther or cool mr. Clean thing? Were you here to announce that the cleaning lady is back!? That is awesome!¨ says Troy.
¨No, I am actually here to announce that pitbull is giving a concert here at greendale!¨
¨Oh! I see now. You know the obvious bald cap is a bit much.¨
¨Yeah… I know… but those people at those concerts look so fun! I thought we could all go like this. The whole study group!¨
Troy and Abed both look admiringly at the bald caps before them.
¨Awesome!¨” they say in unison. And proceed to do their secret handshake.
