Summary
Desperation leads people to do foolish things at the expense of others. When you add the nonsensical behavior of those in royal standing, the collateral damage only spreads wider and, at times, becomes more personal. Princes Sam and Dean Winchester and Castiel and Gabriel Novak find themselves victims of such collateral damage--at the hands of their respective parents no less. A barbaric, traditionalist arranged marriages loom over their heads, and with no way to stop it, the pairs of princes are content to hate one another through the whole ordeal. However, in their shared, miserable circumstances, they find companionship in each other and slowly open up to the possibility of something more. But, misery, if nothing else, is persistent and it loves company. Morally dubious parents, conniving siblings, hidden players, and hidden dangers threaten their bud of happiness, and the four princes must overcome them lest it be destroyed forever.
