You can't spell Necromance without Romance!

Summary:

Will lived a relatively normal life. He was a good student, he got good grades, he was kind to everyone, and he didn't really do anything wrong or bad.

...Then he found some stuff in the attic of his new home and decided to mess around with the things he found.

Suddenly, Will is being tormented as only he can see this ghostly boy and this boy won't leave him alone since they're now 'attached'.

Chapter Text

Will stood outside of his new home, staring at the old structure of it, carrying a box of his belongings. He tilted his head at the building. It was…different from his old house.

Will blinked when he felt fingers run through his blonde curls. He looked over at his mom who smiled at him.
“You like the house, sunshine?” Naomi asked softly.
Will forced a smile on his face. “It’ll take some time getting used to, but I guess so.” Will answered.
Naomi nodded slightly.
“...Right, well, hurry up with those boxes. Once we have some things unpacked, we’ll order something for dinner.” Naomi said, grabbing some boxes to carry into the house.

Will let out a soft sigh and he went inside, heading up the creaky staircases to find his bedroom and set down his box of things. He looked around the empty bedroom he was in, already trying to imagine how he’d set it up and decorate it. He looked around and spotted some old spiderweb near the corner of his room. Will shuddered a little and scrunched up his face. Seems like he’d have to do a bit of dusting before he could decorate and organise his things.

Eventually, Will had cleaned up his new room and began to build and organise some things for it, such as his bedframe and his new room had a built-in closet but he still would get some new dressers, and he’d have to get a table where he could either study or work on something more creative.

Will sighed softly as he heard a knock on the front door, so he got up and left his bedroom. He was about to head to the staircase to grab the food for him and his mom, but there was a noise that made him turn his head. He furrowed his eyebrows as he looked up and saw the attic door seemed to be slightly open.

Will stepped closer and went over to investigate why it could’ve opened by itself, but he faintly heard his mom opening the front door and grabbing the food they ordered and paying the delivery person before shutting the door.
“Will! Come on down and eat!” Naomi called out.
Will’s gaze rested on the attic door. He cleared his throat softly before he turned around to head downstairs, but something in the back of his mind told him he had to explore up there at some point soon.
