Summary
Sam had worried when Rowena hadn't responded to his message that morning, more so when his call went unanswered. They'd worked together for the past six years, and whilst incidents had attempted to threaten her, he'd kept her safe. No one would harm her whilst he worked for her.
When he arrived at her apartment, the overnight security had confirmed that no one had entered or left, which only furthered his concern. Letting himself in, Sam called out to her. Nothing had been touched in the apartment, and there were no signs of a break-in. He continued moving through, sliding open the door to her bedroom— finding her safe.
