Summary
After years of forced slumber, Nila awoke to a world completely different from the time before. Long gone is the rule of humanity. In its place lies chaos and survival of the fittest as the world tries to reset the balance of predator and prey. Nila doesn't expect much of the new world. Long used to apocalyptic events, the ancient being doesn't let her new task weigh too heavy on her shoulders. But what happens when she meets her soulmate marks, after centuries of waiting? One seems to be the cure for humanity (much to Nilas annoyance) and one seems to bear a heavy weight on her tired shoulders. Nila, stuck between everyone's truths and lies, must find a way to fix her bonds before she loses them to themselves. Otherwise she might just choose not to save anyone at all.
(It's kind of a Mother Nature reincarnate story and an Elliexocxabby story because I can and I'm bored.)
