Life’s like a flower
It takes it time to bloom
But when it does
You'll stare in wonder at its beauty
And your eyes will fill with tears.
Life’s like a garden
It takes a lot of work
To plant the seeds, to tend to it.
Sometimes your knees will hurt
And your back is bent
But once Spring arrives
You’lll stare in wonder at your creation.
Life’s like the seasons
It changes.
Every season has its beauty
Most of all the beauty of ending.
Something new will come
And your garden will be renewed
And fill your heart with wonder.
You are all of this and more
Like the seasons change, and flowers wither
And grow, and bloom, and wither once more
So will you, my friend!
Let it transform you into something new each time
A thing of beauty and of peace.
