   Summary

   Meryl was not expecting this from him at all. It seemed very un-Vashlike, but as he kissed her, feeling the quiet assertiveness of the act, she only thought back to how this must be another facet of him he kept hidden. She tentatively kissed him back, softly and slowly, following his pace. He smiled against the kiss, then a hunger came over him as he deepened it. That shift made her hands come from around his back, up his neck, and to the back of his head before threading her fingers through his longer, soft waves. She felt more than heard, a small groan escaping from the back of his throat. His reaction made everything in her go heady. One of his hands came up between her shoulder blades, the other completely wrapping around her waist and around her back, crushing her small frame against the expanse of his chest.
