Summary
College was supposed to be a fresh start. New place, new routines, but the same people, just… a little further apart.
Some things stay easy. Late night calls, familiar voices, the kind of friendships that don’t really change no matter the distance. But other things don’t translate as well. Misunderstandings, words come out wrong and feelings that were easy to ignore before suddenly aren’t.
No one really knows what they’re doing. They’re just trying to figure it out as they go and hoping they don’t ruin what they already have in the process.
