Katsuyu watches the youngest summoner wait for that Uchiha traitor to come back after his redemption journey. Katsuyu didn't like the last Uchiha and felt her summoner deserved someone better. She didn't deserve that cold male as her mate. So with a soft hum, she left to her mindscape, where she would talk to her mate.
"Saiken," Katsuyu called and waited patiently for her mate to come to her
"You called, my love?" Saiken respond, appeareding in front of her in their shared mindscape.
"I need your help!" She said, moving closer to him.
"Of course, what is it?" He asked, moving to cuddle into her side.
"I need to get my young summoner to choose someone else other than that lost Uchiha as a mate." Katsuyu said, leaning into his side.
"Mmmm, my host wishes to settle down, and I'm sure he'd be more than willing to seduce someone. He likes a challenge here and there, and I'm sure he'll find your summoner more than worth the challenge." Saiken responded thoughtfully, thinking on what he knew of his mate's summoner.
"Oh! That would be perfect! From everything you told me of your host, he would be perfect!" She chirped happily, already starting to plan.

Utakata can't believe he let Saiken talk him into seducing Sakura, but he wasn't complaining. Sakura was everything he was looking for in a partner. Which is why he was here in Konoha for a vacation. He did everything by official channels, so no ninja looked at him suspiciously. He listened to Saiken lead him to where Sakura was training with Katsuyu.
Utakata watched before making his way over. "Sakura-san." He called softly; he had met her a few times over the years.
"Utakata-san!" Sakura blinked, looking up at him. "What brings you to Konoha?"
"I'm on vacation." Utakata responded truthfully, looking Sakura over.
Sakura blinked slowly. "Why vacation here?" Sakura asked and then hurriedly added. "If you don't mind me asking!"
Utakata chuckled. "I don't mind." He looked at her eyes truthfully and softly. "I actually came to see you." He said and watched as she turned a pretty pink.
"W-What?" Sakura stutters, looking at him wide-eyed, and her face flushes.
Utakata rubbed the back of his neck. "I know we don't know each other well, but I wanted to get to know you better." He admitted it before pulling out his pipe and blowing bubbles.
Sakura flushed more; no one has ever told her that. "You... you do?" She stuttered softly, looking at him wide-eyed.
"I do." He said calmly, stepping closer to her.
"Oh... I... I..." Sakura stuttered nervously, looking around and at Katsuyu, who gave Sakura an encouraging look.
"We can start slow and get to know each other better. How about dinner? Tonight." Utakata offered, knowing she liked a straight-up offer.
"Umm... sure?" She squeaked, sounding unsure as she looked at Katsuyu, who nodded.
"Splendid, I'll pick you up at 8 then." He said simply and added. "I've been to Konoha enough times to know good places for a date." Utakata said, and Sakura nodded her head slowly.

Over the 2 weeks he was in Konoha, he spent them with Sakura, taking her places, spending time with her, and all around having a good time with her. Before he left, he kissed her softly and gently and said he would visit as soon as he could, asked her to visit if she could, and vowed he would write her daily when he could.
And much to Sakura's shock, he kept his promise, unlike Sasuke (who never wrote her one letter even though he sent Tsunade and Naruto letters or reports), and wrote to her daily. At most she won't go one week without a letter from him, but he made up for it by sending her a gift and visiting in person shortly after. He even sent her random gifts he knew she liked, that he thought she liked, and ones he saw and thought of her. He told her about his day and the good tea in Kiri and told her about himself and his past and what he could tell her about his missions (which was one of those missions that caused that one week of no letters).
Sakura introduced herself and did the same. She told him herself about her day, what she could on the few missions she had, and her work at the hospital. She also slowly over time started to send him gifts, just like he did her. Over time Sakura realized they were dating, or at least she thought they were.
Days turned into weeks, which turned into months, which turned into a few years. Over time they become officious, and Sakura admits she is in love. Utakata actually cared, and even though they lived so far away, even though they were always busy, they made time for each other, even if it was just a letter. They didn't hide their relationship, so it shocked no one when they marred (Ino as bride's made and Yagura as best man.) Sakura moved to Kiri, and started a family with Utakata shortly after.
It was 5 more years before Sasuke learned of this and came to her. He was pissed and clearly upset.

"I thought you were waiting for me!" Sasuke snapped as soon as his eyes landed on Sakura after he got to Kiri, and then he froze at the sight of her pregnant. With 5-year-old quintuplets (3 female and male) and twin 3-year-old boys.
Utakata ushered the kids into a nearby shop with Yagura before stepping up next to Sakura, an arm around her waist.
"I did wait, but I couldn't wait forever." Sakura said simply. "You never even sent me a letter, even though you had time to send one to Naruto. If I'm not worth one letter, then you're not worth waiting for." Sakura said simply with a shrug before kissing Utakata on the cheek and leaving him and Sasuke alone to join their kids in the shop.
"You waited too long. Did no one tell you not to leave treasures unclaimed? After all, someone else will come along and claim an unclaimed treasure." Utakata smirked, dealing the final blow to Sasuke before he too turned and left.
Sasuke just stood there staring after them lost.

Elsewhere 2 slugs were happily cuddling, beyond pleased with how their plan turned out.
