   Two peak lords sat, on either side of a table, one head bowed and tense, the other stunned, mouth agape.

   Shen Qingqiu recovered first, raising his fan in the usual attack stance, set to bring it down on Shang Qinghua's head in a flurry of blows and insults. And, as usual, Shang Qinghua reflexively covered his head and squeaked. The fabric of his parted outer and inner robes framed their growing "problem".
