Work Text:
Endo loved his tattoos. Each one were beautiful works of art, and the fact that they were adorned on his body made him feel holy, sacred, immutable. It was after his latest tattoo, which he decided to get after his fight with Sakura, that he decided to try drawing again.
Yes, he had drawn the Frank tattoo that he and Takiishi shared, but he wouldn’t really consider himself an artist. He was barely any good, after all, and it’s not like art was something he practiced, so he didn’t have much of a right to the title.
He absentmindedly sketched with his pen, not really sure what he was doing. He drew flowers and shapes, roses connected by triangles, beauty next to symmetry. When he finished, he smiled to himself and muttered, “That’s actually not that bad. . . Hell, I’d get this tattooed on me. Better than the stuff that rookie artist could come up with.”
He smiled and went to grab another piece of printer paper, excited for what he could draw next.
