After the tragic loss of his Mecha Man suit, Robert Robertson the Third has been recruited to become a dispatcher at SDN--Superhero Dispatch Network. His job is to manage a team of former supervillains and help rehabilitate and train them to become good forces in society... hopefully. Between the rowdy members and the nonexistent HR team, things get very interesting.
