Summary
During a graduation after-party a year and a bit ago, Eugene drunkenly makes a mistake he never remembers… But Mogari can’t get it off his mind.
After Eugene’s first year of university at Imperial College London, he comes home to Kamakura for the summer to see his friends: Mogari, who has fulfilled his exorcist duties, cut ties with the clan, and now works at a nearby convenience store while taking over the rent on his apartment, Kaoru, who is studying visual arts in hopes to become a mangaka, and Kotaro, who ended up in a local band as lead guitarist, and also studies music.
After Kotaro and Kaoru leave a get-together at Mogari’s apartment, Eugene stays behind for something long overdue.
