Summary
Spring has returned to Mondstadt, which means its time for the annual Windblume Festival! Without Cyno, Tighnari or the Twins, Collei and Freminet embark on the long journey from Sumeru to Mondstadt completely on their own.
As tradition goes, each participant of the festival is allowed to gift Windblumes to the Anemo Archon as well as the ones that they love and adore the most. This can be a sign of friendship, of great respect, brotherhood, or even love.
Collei wishes to give her Windblume to Freminet as a sign of their love and to celebrate their one year anniversary.
Freminet is elated to be apart of this tradition, and meet Collei's friends, but he feels overwhelmingly homesick. He loves Collei but he's worried that he'll ruin the whole festival for her.
Well, who better than the Cavalry Captain to take this nervous penguin under his wing?
