    Finney ran down the block, legs sprinting as fast as he could to get away from the three boys chasing him down the road. Matt, Matty, and Buzz had decided on the first day of high school “Finney the Fag” was going to their target for the rest of their years together; essentially all of high school, and it made Finney’s life hell.

    He had always been the target for bullying, even during elementary school. He was always too skinny, too fat, too short, or too tall; his hair was too long, too short, and worst of all, he was pretty.
