The familiar loading screen. A spruce forest. The loading screen. A mesa. The loading screen. A small island in the middle of the ocean.
It's been a few dozen attempts like this. The seeds aren't helping him.
Andre’s attention strays slightly.
The chat is lively.
SIDIsquish: ok back did i miss anything cool
SOUPBEGONE31: andre's trying to find a good seed
SIDIsquish: oh okay so more nothing
Conzercheez: hey sidi when you say you're afk what do you like
Conzercheez: do
SIDIsquish: huh? i mean i get up i get a snack normal stuff

Conzercheez: what snack did you get?
A momentary pause in chat. Andre lingers for three seconds atop a jungle tree before he resets again.
SIDIsquish: uh
SIDIsquish: snack kind

SIDIsquish: you know like. food
Another reset. A lava pool on the plains, the shapes of a village just past it. A good candidate. But even as Andre starts to move, sprinting across the ground, he still keeps some of his attention on the chat.
SOUPBEGONE31: oh shit good seed
Conzercheez: i mean i know what snacks are just like
Conzercheez: where are you going?
SIDIsquish: to the kitchen?

He is on good pace, despite the distractions. Without even really thinking about it, he's gathered iron, crafted a bucket, started the frame. The steps he's taken a million times before.

Andre pauses for a moment, at the edge of the fortress, before he starts moving again.

The chat goes silent. Andre stutters to a stop by a chest, staring into it and the useless items inside like they might contain some revelation.
SIDIsquish: i don't know okay
SIDIsquish: i just leave. i don't want to be here so i leave
