    Ian's sister Debbie a few months ago applied for Ian to go work for the Senator of the state of Illinois; the position is 'Staff Assistant'. They called and confirmed he would be starting on Monday. He however had a run in with Frank that has him pissed the fuck off. So he needs to unwind.
