As summary says this is fandom fusion between DW and ATLA. Zuko is the Timelord in exile unless/until he brings to Gallifrey the prophesied creature known as 'The Avatar':creature told to have infinite amount of regeneration and ability to control four elements of the universe:fire, earth, water, air. Zuko has type 40 TARDIS and his weapons/tools of choice are psychic-paper and sonic-sword. This time Zuko is traveling alone until he crash lands into a store where Katara works. And yes Zuko still has a scar on left side of his face from Ozai,Ozai used his regeneration energy to make a scar after Zuko embarrassed him in council room, before Zuko was officially exiled.
Katara is human girl living from paycheck to paycheck trying to keep herself and her brother:Sokka stable meanwhile their father is fighting in the war. When she was eight she came home and saw her mother dead body,case was never solved due to lack of evidence. She works in store called:'Tribes of water' as cashier.
Sokka is an inventor trying to start his own bussiness to try give Katara lessthings to worry about but each bussiness plan fails because police shuts down everything due to those bussiness plans being a tiny itty bitty...illegal. Sokka is both street-smart and book-smart whish helps him get out of all his legal problems when his bussiness plans are shutted down. Sokka is good with coding allowing him to hack TON of things added to his ability to invent tools and weapons out of ANYTHING.
Suki works in same store Katara does as security guard. She is almost immune to phychic-paper abilities. Suki is good in hand-to-hand combat and knows how to use LOT of weapons.
Toph is regural customer of 'Tribes of water' visiting the store EVERY day. She is still obivously is blind and has a cane to help her travel but she knows how to use it as weapon and often does get in a fight. She can still tell when somebody is lying but she heavily relies on what she can hear and feel.
