   Summary

   Jack Morrison is a grizzled detective with a dark past and an even darker temper. Gabriel Reyes is the suave and stylish club owner who blew into his office one day and turned Jack's life upside down. Gabriel claims someone is trying to kill him, and that they'll succeed unless Jack can find them first.

   Is Gabriel telling the whole truth? Probably not, but there's definitely a mystery to be solved, and Jack doesn't leave anything halfway. What does that mean when Gabriel seems determined to flirt with him? Seems like a bad idea to distract the guy trying to keep you alive.

   And Gabriel is so very distracting.
