Todd wouldn't call himself a light sleeper.
So Todd could sleep through a lot. Meaning it wasn't any noise or movement that woke Todd up in the middle of the night tonight. It was completely by chance, and when he opened his eyes there was no light in the room expect for the low shine of the moon. And it was by chance that he was able to notice Neil sitting on the window's ledge, seemingly wide awake.

Todd wakes up one night to find Neil sitting by the window. It is there where Neil asks Todd to stay up with him that night. This turns into a new habit forming between the two, causing feelings to be unburied between them. For better or for worse. -
