The Ballad of Ice and Fire (1/9)

The first piece I drew was inspired by the fic "A Good Night with a Good Knight" By Frostedgemstones22, where Coriolanus Snow is the northern born bastard son of King Crassus Targaryen and grandson of Olenna Tyrell (hence the rose on his chest). Paralleling Jon Snow in the Song of Ice and Fire canon, he travels north of the wall and falls for a wildling girl named Lucerya Grey. 10/10 fic I am obsessed with Game of Thrones and I do recommend.
The Reunion (2/9)

I had so much fun drawing this, thank u for the smut prompt. I like adding little details like her snake bracelet, a kiss mark on his neck, dangling dog tags, and a rose in her hair. I especially love drawing canon accurate clothing (i should do it more). I learned a lot about rendering buzzed hair while drawing this one.
High School AU (3/9)

Man I am not used to drawing hallways in perspective. Also I love the Heartstoppers comic, I added the title to this piece because Coriolanus still murders Mayfair Lipp even in this modern high school slice of life romance anime au.
Coriolanus is the quarterback for Capitol Academy hoping to get a sports scholarship to an Ivy League because his family can't afford tuition. Lucy Gray is the new kid who just moved in from Appalachia for Capitol Academy's prestigious music program. Clemensia Dovecote is here as head cheerleader complete with their uniform red pleated skirt and 2020 hair highlights because why not? This is a modern au afterall.
Lucy Gray is still wearing a ruffle dress and boots. Her name is embroidered by the stars of her overalls. She holds a rose and a guitar case that belonged to her father, there is a mockingbird sticker to remind her of home. I had too much fun drawing this one.
Our First Lady (4/9)

Man I had fun experimenting out new ways of rendering. I tried to draw him looking as pathetic as possible. I gave her Sabrina Carpenter boots because I think they're canonically the same height. I added yellow details to make the wedding rings pop but I'm unsure as to its efficacy. If anyone is crazy enough to buy it, I would be down to selling this as a phone case.

God I just love this one so much. Yes I agree it is refreshing to see her holding the gun for once. The dress was sent by Tigris, who is making a name for herself as a designer in the Capitol. Lucy Gray hand embroidered the floral details of her dress with Maude Ivory and Barb Azure so it would have a pop of Covey color. I drew this the night before one of my final exams to procrastinate studying (I justified it by reminding myself I got a 94 on the midterm, still I regret nothing. My goofy adhd ahh brain draws better when its procrastinating something else). I had so much fun with the veil and the embroidery and just everything about rendering her dress. The grass was drawn using the default swordgrass brush on procreate, the background painted with the default chalk brush (it was so fun, I've never drawn a proper background before)
Storytime (6/9)

Here they met in University, she's an exchange student, they had an elective class in local history. She hand embroiders the flowers, snakes and birds on her collar, chest and jeans, for a touch of home while out in the city. He bought her a gold charm necklace with the Mockingbirds of her hometown and music notes. Now they're reading his favorite book after hours in the corner of the campus library.
This became my favorite piece of of all of them,I started and finished this the night before the deadline on the train ride home from my university town. It was pitch black and I could hardly see what i was drawing without the brightness of my ipad flashbanging the passengers around me. I ended up falling asleep on the bus and waking up in the middle of downtown Toronto of all places, several hours from where I needed to be. I got home eventually (thank god) and the travel mishap gave me much more time to work on it. The next day everyone in my extended family and all my family friends and even my dentists were teasing me about it (I had to call my little brother to pick me up, he was at a family function and gladly told everyone where he was going). Despite it all, I regret nothing. I love this piece.
Tennis (7/9)

The only prompt was tennis, which I thought was funny, and I lowkey cooked with it.
Here they're players in an elite co-ed tennis league. Her skirt has the same colours as her rainbow dress in the movie. The mascot of her schools team is the Appalachian Mockingjays (Go Jays Go!) as can bee seen on her racket and top. Coriolanus, having no idea she attends a public school, is absolutely smitten with her and trains harder everyday to have another chance of playing her again. I drew this after the deadline and used my rushing artstyle (with less depth to the shadows and pastel colours to unify the piece).
Lucy Gray Beating Coriolanus to Death with a Chair (8/9)
For Lucy Gray,
The prompt for this one was very straightforward. Here we see Lucy Gray preventing the deaths of hundreds of district children using nothing more than a chair and kitchen knife. After the Storytime piece, this piece is definitively my favorite.
Sejanus Last Straw (9/9)
For Boa Bell,
Here we see Lucy Gray and Coriolanus enjoying a tryst in the barracks. Sejanus Plinth is also there, wishing he was Lucy Gray (I know the feeling). This is the real reason Sejanus started aiding the rebels to ditch District 12. Bro really ditched his family and all his riches to be with his homeboy at the ends of the earth, just to play third wheel at every hangout. RIP snowjanus, my second favorite one-sided mlm ship. Sejanus' distressed face was too fun to draw.
