    The jar phone or string phone is a device for transmitting voice over long distances. The ancestor of today's telephone, known in the past as “the lovers' telephone”. All five-year-old Kacchan needed to be happy was two paper cups, a string, and a Deku to talk to on the other end. Twenty years later, all that remains for the adult Bakugō Katsuki are the broken remains in his hands, except for Izuku; he must throw everything away along with the shards of his equally shattered life.

    Or in which, some time after the games, Yuuei, the war, new beginnings more like endings, Katsuki could not lead a life more different from the dreams exchanged through a string: their string, now wrecked.
