   Red skies were cold. 

   Cold in a way that made Will feel frozen to his bones. Goosebumps, even when he wasn’t outside. Shivers during scalding showers. Day after day of being on edge, of gripping things too hard and avoiding the dark like it would burn him. Of fitful sleep with dreams full of frozen, black particles. Feeling like he was frozen.
