Re:Ultrakill - Basically V1 gets transported to the world of Re:zero and Subaru can command him.
The story can be in Subaru’s or V1’s perspective.
The story would most likely start in arc one of Re:zero, where V1 could start killing people and end up becoming the cause for Subarus first loop or Subaru learns of his ability right before his death.
After Subaru learns of his ability to control V1 he would go through the motions of arc one with potentially less deaths.
The fight between V1 and Elsa could be quick or a bit drawn out due to their respective healing ability’s.
Subaru might have an easier time at Roswaal manor because of less deaths and a more intimidating image in the form of V1.
Rem could still catch Subaru off guard if she was able to separate the two and V1 might be able to catch the mabeast before it could get Subaru, the kids, or Rem.
Arc three could still start the same as in canon but likely easier and possibly with less loops.
V1 would probably be a major player in both fights and deal massive amounts of damage depending on how much of his arsenal he has.
