Summary
After the Re:Zero cast finishes reacting in the theater to the events of Arc 4, the mysterious guardian appears before them again. Instead of letting them return to their daily lives, the guardian forces everyone to witness alternate versions of Subaru, paths where he was a completely different person, with different personalities... and different titles, for example "The Strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer", or "Magical girl Yandere", and much more.
Each day they will react to a Subaru variable, this variable will be transported to the theater... they must accept this variable and move on to the next day.

Summary
Meet Natsuki Subaru.
He's and Average kid in an average city, going to an average school, with an average best friend. However he finds himself going to a not so average school for his final year of high school. He is sure god must hate him as Lugunica high cannot continue to get this ridiculous.
From being dragged into one of there "Camps" during the very much publicized Student Council President Election, to making friends with people he'd on a normal occasion never even think of befriending. It doesn't help nearly all of them have horrible issues they can't fix without him dragging them kicking and screaming into therapy.
If there is one thing Subaru hopes to gain by going to this new ridiculous school is to get a girlfriend and maybe gain some popularity, recognition.
That may be what he wants but what will he get?
Or: A Modern Re:zero Au where Subaru does the same thing he does when he got Isekia'd. Aka helping his friends and people he barely knows through their problems while ignoring his own. Subaru will still somehow find a way suffer as much as he did in cannon despite not dying once.
