Summary
Svetlana likes to think she has good instincts. She can guess at who will win the Cup before the season is halfway over. She can predict when a guy—or girl—she meets will be a one-night stand or a consistent fling. And she knows Ilya like he's a mirror of herself, her best friend and her platonic soulmate. So despite his reticence, she's pretty sure Ilya has a crush on Shane Hollander; he's always watching Hollander's games and interviews, always getting antsy when she brings him up.
When Ilya asks Svetlana to be his date to the afterparty of the new X-Squad movie, where Hollander will be, she's excited for a chance to matchmake Ilya with his longtime rival.
