    Dean is 20 years old victim of sexual abuse with no support from his parents. Castiel is another suicidal teenager who just turned 13. They probably could have met in a better place, but things are as they are. Castiel goes to the hospital again and thinks he may be falling in love, because Dean is the only person who cares about him.
