He went around the desk and whispered in Arkha’s ear, “this isn’t over, Arkha.” He whispers, and for a split second, their eyes meet.
There’s something unspoken between them, a moment of weakness as Tamsy fully takes in Arkha’s expression, it’s affectionate and upsetting.
