The room goes quiet at that, taking in Izuku’s blank expression as he stares down at the note. He runs a finger along the lip of the vase. He starts to bring his hand up, to touch the petals, to maybe take the out, but a rough hand grabs his wrist and pulls his hand away.
“Izuku. Don’t. You know better.”
“They’re pretty, Kachaan.”
“Yeah well fuck them. And fuck you for considering it. Lemme see that.”
