   Summary

   Ever since Elara Dorne defected to the Republic, she's been stuck with dead end postings dealing with people that either don't like or don't trust her. All of that changes when she helps Havoc Squad on their mission and is invited to join the special forces group. She immediately feels more at home and of use than she has in years as she assists Havoc Squad with their work.

   However, it doesn't take long before her admiration and respect for her commanding officer starts to morph into something more. It becomes harder and harder to justify to herself that the smile on her face every time the Chiss woman walks into the room is just friendship. As the war between the Republic and Sith Empire continues to rage, Elara has to figure out what to do with these burgeoning feelings while Havoc Squad continues to take on one dangerous mission after another.
