Junior and Joseph were hanging out on the famous red couch, today was like every other day, well as normal as it can be in this world, except for two things.
Let's address the elephant in the room, Cody isn't here. It's strange that Cody isn't here. The other thing? Is that Junior likes Cody, that is also pretty strange.
Junior awkwardly and hesitantly asked "uh, where's Cody?" He didn't want to make Joseph feel bad but he's a lot more closer to Cody these days.
Joseph not looking up from his phone says "he texted me saying that he needed to hang out with Penelope for something"
"Well I miss him!" Junior whines and pouts "it's just not the same without him!"
"Yeah I agree" Joseph sighs finally looking up from his phone.
"I wonder what he's doing right now, with Penelope, his new best friend apparently." Junior continued to complain about Cody not being here, the feeling of unwanted jealousy creeping up on him.
Joseph starts to zone out only focusing on the way Junior's talking, raising a eyebrow, before he could say anything, he gets a text from Cody.

"Joseph, I need your help on the card, I have no clue what I'm doing!"
"Dude just wing it. As long as you finally tell him that you like his weird ass in a way he'll finally understand."
"I do I like his weird ass."
"Okay bro-"
"Imma go before Junior starts asking questions."
"Yes, he can't know about it!!"

"Who was that? Was that Cody!" Junior excitedly gasped.
Junior grabs his phone and reads the text conversation. "Dude what the fuck?" Joseph questions.
"Oh so he likes someone and I can't know about it?" He says in thought and mutters under his breath"He likes someone else.." completely ignoring Joseph.
"Eh- wouldn't be so sure on that." Joseph nonchalantly says knowing Junior is going to get mad, he knows he wasn't supposed to hear that but Junior isn't exactly quiet, considering he has really bad ADHD.
"Wait so you heard that?" Junior looks at Joseph embarrassed. it was odd because usually he would get mad at something like that.
"Yeah dude, you don't exactly talk quietly." Joseph says chuckling.
"Do you have any way I can get rid of it?" Junior says in a serious tone, he really doesn't want to like someone so lame, if he was going to be gay, he'd at-least would want to like someone cool
"No??? I'm not Cody, mr invention guy, and besides it's obvious he likes you back I mean he's been pinning over you for years." Joseph says while speaking with his hands.
"Those were just jokes though, there's no way he actually MENT it and even if he did, he likes someone else now.
"Uh huh..." Joseph pinches the bridge of his nose "both of you are stupid."
"Huh?" Junior says looking directly at Joseph, Joseph sighs while rolling his eyes and says "nothing." Sort of passive aggressive like.
Joseph knows Cody likes him back but Cody begged and pleaded for him to not say anything.
Everyone knows the two like each other except for the two of them... it's infuriating.
Joseph thinks of a plan, he texts it to Penelope. After a few moments he speaks up again.

"I'm going to tell Junior to write Cody a V day note."
"So both of them are going to confess with each other through notes"
"anything to get these two together watching them pine for each other is so annoying I mean I love them both as friends but Jesus Christ just kiss already"
"I get what you mean lol Cody will not shut up about Junior is actually driving me insane"
"Anyway I better go before Junior tries to take my phone"
"Okay lol good luck"

Junior notices that Joseph is texting someone, he tries to get clues as to who it is he's texting, glancing at his phone "Who are you text-"
"Here! How about you make him a Valentine's Day card!"
Joseph said, interrupting Junior while getting up from the couch and keeping his phone out of Junior's reach so he doesn't take it again
"But it's not... WAIT IT IS!"
Joseph face palms, he seriously questions how he deals with either of them, maybe because he doesn't exactly have anyone else, besides maybe lil T who is always at the studio making rap songs.
"I'll make him love me!" He runs to ask chef pee pee to ask to take him to the store, Joseph slowly trails behind mumbling "he already does" under his breath.
"No you faggot, I'm not taking you to get some cheesy little stupid fucking uh card! It's stupid!"
"But chef pee pee!"
"Listen, just make your own damn card, I'm sure they'll appreciate it more! Just leave me alone I'm cooking!"
"You're cooking burnt shit!" Junior says giggling while running back to the couch and Joseph trailing behind.
// After making the note/letter/card //
"Alright Joseph! What do you think about the card?" Junior says confidently.
"It's giving me aids." Joseph replies bluntly "I mean you didn't even write anything the right way! Joseph continued.
Junior looked at the letter, looking it over, yeah it was messy, but Junior never been good with this, he's always hid his feelings so while what Joseph said hurt his ego, he didn't admit that out of pure spite.
"It's perfect Joseph!" Junior said confidently once again "that stupid nerd is going to love it!"
Joseph raised a eyebrow and sighed "whatever you say dude."
Junior and Joseph hung out for the rest of the day playing video games, until Joseph had to go "home".
Junior spent the rest of the night anxiously waiting for tomorrow, he was so restless, barely was able to sleep, he was scared that Cody wouldn't like it, he was scared that Joseph was right, he hated feelings especially his feelings.

After some convincing from pineapple and Joseph , Cody decides to write a Valentine's Day card for Junior.

there was crumbled up paper balls everywhere because he just couldn't get the words right, it had to be perfect.
Ken was silently observing, sitting on the bed. Just Ken being there quietly supporting him, helped Cody finish his love letter.
He carefully folded it and put it in his bookbag, he fell back on his bed, staring at the ceiling, his face flushed,
"maybe this time, Junior will finally understand how I feel." He said to Ken, they both agree that it was for the better that they break up if it means Cody can finally be with Junior.
His eyes grew heavy as he fell asleep probably having some gay ass dreams.
//Time Skip//
Junior went to class with a slight pink face, he was incredibly visibly tired. The second he entered the classroom, everyone noticed but Cody was the only one who said anything
"you look" Cody looks at Juniors face getting a good look "tired.." Cody still thought he was cute though.
"Oh didn't get enough sleep.." Junior said sleepily, the reason why made him extremely nervous though.
"Hey uh I got you something!" Junior says with a grin, Cody looks puzzled, "I uh- also got you something.."
Junior is dumbfounded, he could have swore it was for someone else "Wait.. I thought that was for-"
Cody just took a deep breath and handed him a folded peice of paper "for you my dear!"
"Why did you call me tha-"
"Just read it Junior!"
"Okay, okay, damn!"
Junior nervously took the paper from Cody's hands, their hands brushing against each other.
He slowly opened it, the handwriting neater than anything he has ever read before,

Junior cheeks heat up at the feelings Cody expressed, before he awkwardly laughs.
"God your name is so stupid, but I'd still take your last name.." muttering the last part, his face still flushed, but he tried hiding it behind the letter
somehow Cody still heard it, maybe because he can't keep his attention away from him to save his life.
He smirks and chuckles, "what?"
"What?" Junior replies back "I did not say anything. I only made fun of your name!" He says defensively
"And that you'd take my last name?" Cody replied grinning and raising a eyebrow while giggling.
Juniors face goes completely red, "you, you heard that?"
"Yeah I did!" Cody says continuing to laugh "you don't exactly talk quietly!"
"Damn ADHD!" Junior says frustrated, Cody continues to snicker, completely full of himself.
He clasps his hands together "Thank you ADHD!"
"Shut up and take your stupid note!" Junior says handing his note Cody while looking away, Cody happily takes the note as if already knowing what it says, I mean he kind of does
He gently unfolds the paper as if he's scared of ripping it, his heart beats fast due to excitement, he couldn't help but smile, it was so badly written yet Cody didn't care

Cody looks up with a huge smile on his face, he sees Junior laying his head on his desk due to embarrassment, his palms were sweaty of course his face was red while his heart was beating fast, he was scared that Cody would judge him, it's nowhere near as amazing as his carefully written and thought out letter.
The teacher, Jackie Chu who was late, finally arrived in the classroom, Joseph, Penelope, and Jeffy have been watching the scene unfold silently.
"Okay class! I know I'm late! I was in traffic! I know it valentine day, but no gay shit!
Cody being Cody causally says "too late teach!", Junior groans out of embarrassing, still having his head on his desk.
"Be quiet Cody, Be quiet with yo gay shit, and Junior! Get your head off your desk!"
Junior sighed and groaned again as he slowly lifted his head off his desk, his face still red as hell.
"Jesus Junior! Your face red as shit!" Jackie Chu said, Cody grinned, "Yeah , that's my fault!"
Junior turned to him, shooting a death glare, whispering "I will flip over your desk Cody!"
"Nah you like me too much to do that!" Cody whispers back while snickering, Junior got up and flip his desk, Joseph looking over "damn bro really did that to his boyfriend, that's crazy bruh."
"He's not my-"
"QUIET!" Jackie Chu yells, "YOU DUMB! YOU ALL DUMB!"
Cody laughs as he got up from the floor, happy that he still was able to successfully rage-baited Junior and that their relationship probably won't change all that much, Jackie Chu was finally able to teach, the class could not pay attention though, even Cody, the nerdiest kid of all time.
//Time Skip//
The bell rang, the class got up to leave, Cody trailing behind Junior trying to get closer to him, Penelope and Joseph Snickering, while Jeffy just went to his car to drive home.
The 2 boys walked out of the school side by side, with Joseph and Penelope still tracing behind, Cody quickly took Junior's hand trying to hide his nervousness.
Junior said nothing in response to the unexpected hand hold, his face going red again.
Cody immediately let go, scared that he made Junior uncomfortable, whispering a sorry, Junior immediately felt bad.
"No, I, ugh fuck it. Can I kiss you?"
Cody's eyes widen, his confident demeanor fading, his face flushed.
With a slight pause he says "Ye, yeah!"
Junior just nodded, leaning in and kissing him, Cody melted into the kiss, it must've been a bit too passionate because Joseph said
"Woah Dude!" And Penelope chuckles "Jesus Christ!"
The 2 boys stopped the kiss, they both looked at Joseph and Penelope, Junior looking mortified "how long have y'all been here...?"
Joseph casually says "The whole time!" Penelope nodded while they both fist bump,
"our plan worked!" Penelope added on, Joseph nods "mhm!"
Cody snickers with gratitude, "Thanks you two!"
Junior trying to change the subject, "Do you guys wanna hang out!"
"Hell yeah dude! You know I got nothing to do!" Joseph says excitedly.
Penelope shrugs "Yeah sure! I mean now that you're dating someone, I got nothing to worry about now!"
Junior just awkwardly chuckles, "I mean.. are we dating though?"
Cody looked at his dumb maybe boyfriend in the eyes. "Junior we literally kissed. What kind of question is that?"
"Uh well um we just never established tha-"
"Well I will! Will you be my boyfriend?" Cody Interrupted, silently frustrated
"No." Junior says in the most serious voice even though we all know he's just being a little shit.
"JUNIOR I SWEAR TO GOD ILL KILL YOU!" Cody yells, trying to fight Junior but he runs away, Cody chases Junior all the way down to Junior's house while the boy laughs happily while Joseph and Penelope trail behind, sighing at their stupidity.
Once they get to the house, Junior runs in and locks the door, Cody starts banging on the door. "GOD DAMNIT JUNIOR!"
"What happened?" Joseph asks while walking up to the door with Penelope.
"This stupid fucker locked us out!" Cody says in a angry tone, but he wasn't exactly too mad about it, this is just who he is, the boy he fell in love with.
"Damn, your boyfriend is crazy.." Joseph replies.
"Yeah I know! Come help me up through the window"
All 3 of them stack ontop of each other, Cody on top, He offers his hand to help the others but they shook their heads.
"Y'all need some alone time, to make up ... whatever this is..."
"Yeah definitely, plus I don't want to see y'all's PDA"
Cody nods, "understood, thank you guys." He runs downstairs yelling Junior's name.
Junior was sitting on the red couch laughing and giggling. Cody sat beside him and sighed "Junior why did you do that..."
"It was funny!" Junior continued to laugh but Cody isn't laughing.
"It wasn't funny to me, though I'm not exactly mad about it, I love you too much for that." Cody speaks softly, he's feeling very conflicted "but the joke before the one where you locked us out-"
Junior immediately knew what he was talking about, his laughs stopping, his smile turning into a frown "I, I'm sorry.. if you want to stop talking to me I understand"
Cody smiled "I never said I wanted to stop talking to you" He says sweetly wrapping his arms around him, hugging him tightly.
Junior hugged Cody back, a smile appearing on his face, a shade of peak appearing on his cheeks. He decided to fully make up for everything, even though he knows the answer, it was still so nerve wreaking, his heart pounding.
"I'm like really bad at this but-" Junior spoke up,
"Hmm?" Cody hums sweetly.
"Would you be my boyfriend, or maybe my valentine?"
"Both!" Cody replied excitedly while kissing Juniors cheek.
