The door gently cracks open after a knock or two shiro’s head peaking in when he sees keith just sitting on his bed the room was dark except from the glow of his phone screen kosmo was sitting curled up on keith’s bed keith’s fingers messing with kosmo’s fur
“Keith we need to speak”
shiro says walking fully into the room closing the door he sits down next to keith. Keith looks up at shiro “about what?”
Shiro points at Keith's scar Shiro's clone had given him the scar Keith had lied about how he got the scar that was so obvious on his face “that you haven’t been honest Keith, how did you get the scar?”
“Shiro I told you how I got it” Keith starts before shiro quickly cuts him off “don’t lie to me Keith you're worrying me you know you can tell me anything right?”
“I- yes i know”
“Then tell me”
Keith had put his phone down on his lap hands messing with kosmo’s fur keith’s head tilts down words taking a somewhat deep breath before looking back up
“When i fought your clone it gave me it”
“And why didn't you just tell me that to begin with?”
Was it not obverse? He didn’t say because he didn’t want shiro to feel bad and shiro didn’t remember to much from the fight so he thought he could get away with the lie but of course shiro knew
“I didn’t want you to feel guilty about it”
Shiro lets out a small giggle “you should have told me keith instead of making me worry like that”
“I will next time well actually no because there won’t be a next time right?”
“Yes yes no next time”
