Summary
Vox accidentally fakes his death and escapes to the ocean, inadvertently forcing himself to become a better person. Stripped of the screen that weighed him down and protected him, he has to carve a new identity for himself. Something that's truly his own. But old habits risk falling back into place when a certain Deer finds himself trapped on board a dodgy ship with a tilted dynamic. Can they rebuild their shattered technically-not-a-friendship? Can either of them find the humility to look at their mistakes, put themself in the other's shoes for over 5 seconds and say 'Oh, shit. That really sucked. Sorry.'?
