Steve 'The King' Harrington has always liked girls. They're pretty, thoughtful, and man who doesn't like boobies. At least, until he hit middle school, and Tommy Hagan comes into his life, flips it upside down, and then back to right-side up. Now he's all over the place. Because if that went down the way it did, who's to say worse can't happen? So he pushes those thoughts down far, further than his soft hate for his parents and further than the unbridled, real hate for two specific metal heads. But when a certain black curly haired metalhead re-enters his life during the worst point.. well it makes feelings come back that he hates. And he hates himself AND the perpetrator for them. And when he's accompanied by the blonde haired brut that beat him to a pulp that one time? He's never wanted to escape Hawkins more in his life. And he loves Hawkins.
