Summary
David had always cared for Dwight, in his own quiet way. Something about the earnest leader stirred a deep, instinctive need to protect him. He’d never acted on it, and never known if Dwight could feel the same, so running from his feelings had become second nature. But when they’re thrown into another trial together, survival forces them into dangerous, intimate proximity. David is pushed to confront everything he’s been avoiding.
