Summary
Pico is an interesting character. At least, that's the most flattering word that law enforcement used to describe him. It's as if he's been living his life asleep for the past 6 years. Between letting his morality sway in his "murder is okay if its a bad guy" code, the horrid demons of those halls that just can't seem to leave his collapsing mind in peace, his every changing relationships with the outside world, and the evolution of the two constants in his life, Darnell and Nene.
The events of that day shaped who they were as people and what they meant to each other. Did Pico particularly like this change? The shifts in dynamic? Well... It was hard to say. It's not like he wasn't also part of the problem. But no one here was ever gonna go to therapy so it's not like they had a choice whether to stick together or not. No, Darnell, Pico, and Nene would never abandon one another.
No matter how ugly, toxic, dishonest, and codependent it got.
