It was pitch black outside, and Dio was just waking up from his fabulous slumber, as the night was his time to shine ever since, y’know, turning into a vampire and kicking humanity to the dust, all that good stuff. He rose magnificently from his coffin, sauntering over to his banana yellow attire and quickly threw it on, then made his way to the door.
A sudden urge for a slurpee hit him like one The World’s(im not spelling it ‘za warudo’ like you all probably wanted me to ya jjba fucks)punches, and he decided that a visit to the local 7 Eleven was due. Dio wasn't sure if it was an establishment that was open all hours of the day, but to his pleasure the store was indeed open when he got there. He strode in with the swagger that only a 120 year old vampire could have, straight back towards the slurpee machines. Grabbing a cup, he pondered for a moment just what flavor he wanted, which didn't take long since cherry looked pretty appetizing to him.
He wasn't one to mix and match flavors, so he just filled up the entire cup with cherry only, popping on a top and put a straw in, sipping a bit with a hand on his hip. Yes, Dio was satisfied. Although he did have to still buy the drink first, so he walked on over to the register, just to be fucking shocked out of his god damn mind.
There, at the register, was the great great grandson of his old nemesis Johnathan Joestar, donning a 7 Eleven employee shirt, but he still kept his beat up ass hat that nobody really knew if it was combined with his hair or not. Jotaro fucking Kujo. What in the everloving fuck was he doing here? Dio gripped his cup a bit tighter now as he stared at him in disgusted awe, his perfectly painted over black lips twitching slightly. Of all the people he wanted to see tonight, it was one of those crusty, busted ass Joestars.
Though, he did have to pay for this slurpee.
So, he relucantly walked up to the counter and placed the cup down, folding his arms crossly over his big ass bara tiddies. Jotaro looked up, his expression not really changing much, aside from his eyebrows slightly furrowing together. He let out a soft grunt, before muttering, “...Dio.”
“Hello Jotaro. Funny seeing you here, in a place like this.”
He said, now a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. Well, as long as he was here, Dio couldn't resist the urge to be petty as shit towards him. That was just in his nature.
“Guess even brutes like you can hold a job.”
That didn't get much of a reaction out of Jotaro, who only went ahead and started ringing up the slurpee. Flatly, he said in response, “That’ll be 2.75.”
Dio only scoffed, unsatisfied that his remark didn't seem to phase the other. What was with this kid? He was about as entertaining as a dead fish. Johnathan was much more fun to provoke a reaction out of. Jotaro only ever stayed quiet or punched the shit out of something. It made him smack his lips. So boring.
Reaching into his pocket (where is this pocket? that getup doesn't look like it has pockets. he just summons it outta nowhere???), he pulled out a clusterfuck of pennies and nickels and other change, before dumping it all on the counter. He didn't care if Jotaro had to count it all. Hmmph, watching him break at the monotony of it all would be a sweet extra treat in this little “adventure” of his. Dio stood there, chuckling to himself at how wonderfully devious this plan of his was. Ah yes, no plan was greater than one cooked up by the great Dio himself.
Jotaro’s eyes landed on the change, before staring at Dio’s beaming figure, then on the change again. Was he trying to give him a fucking seizure? If he were Kakyoin, he'd smile politely and count it all with no problem, but secretly want to slit his throat at the same time. If he were Polnareff or Joseph, they’d bitch and complain about having to count it all, but do it regardless. If he were Avdol, he'd sweat and stare at it for a minute, but count it without any fuss at all. But nah, but Jotaro wasn't any of ‘em. He was Jojo, so he did shit in his own way.
He summoned Star Platinum, which in turn made Dio raise a brow. Did he piss him off enough that Jotaro was actually going to fight him over it? Ha! He could laugh! In fact, he did!
“Ha! Jotaro! Can it be your waging battle against me? Come, if you dare! For I, Dio, will not be beaten by the likes of you!”
With that, he posed dramatically, ready to summon The World at any time, grinning like a fucking madman. Because he was. But Jotaro said nothing still, and only focused on that pathetic ass chump change Dio had given him, now having Star Platinum’s hand shoot out towards them, only to count them all up in a flash. It held the exact change needed, before Jotaro opened up the register and dropped it in, then completed the transaction.
Dismissing Star Platinum, he scooped up the leftover change in his hand, before holding it out towards Dio.
“Here. Now get out.”
Dio couldn't fucking believe this. He had really summoned his stand just to count his money faster? He was fucking astounded . What kind of Joestar fuckery was this. Completely asinine. He snatched the change out of Jotaro’s extended hand, which cause some coins to drop, but ah, Dio didn't care. He shoved them in his pocket out of nowhere and snatched up his slurpee as well, leaving Jotaro behind.
He hated that kid. He thought he was pretty darn clever, didn't he. Just yet another reason for Dio to hate those bloody Joestars. They were blisters on his taint.
He stopped going to that 7 Eleven after that.
