Will Byers presented earlier than others , doctor Owen said it was because what he encountered in the upside down all the trauma causing his emotions and hormones to mess up and cause him to present earlier than the rest of the kids in his grade. And to top it off he presented as an omega. An omega.. And worst of all he was in love with his best friend. Mike Wheeler who is dating his sister which sounds horrible which he knows it is but he simply can’t help it he’s been in love with Mike since they were 13 and he’s trying so so hard to get over him since he knows it’s wrong and because Mike isn’t like him.
